New Morning With God Ministries Pakistan Mission: To break the chains of bonded labor in Pakistan’s brick kiln industry by freeing enslaved families, restoring their dignity, and empowering them to live in lasting freedom through the love of Christ.
 

Background: The Crisis of Bonded Labor

In Pakistan, thousands of Christian families are trapped in modern-day slavery—many for 10 to 20 years or longer—due to a devastating cycle of poverty and exploitation. These families are victims of bonded labor in brick kilns, where entire households, including children as young as 5, are forced to work long hours under brutal conditions.

How Families Fall Into Slavery

Bonded labor often begins with a small emergency loan:

• A medical emergency, funeral expense, or lack of food drives families to borrow from kiln owners or corrupt middlemen.

• These loans, often just a few hundred dollars, come with unreasonable interest rates, hidden fees, and no legal protections.

• Over time, these families become trapped in a never-ending cycle of debt, passed down through generations.

 

Hard Life Of Brick kiln Christian Workers In Pakistan

• 14–16 hours of labor daily, 6–7 days a week.

• Work continues in extreme heat or freezing cold, with little rest or safety.

• Children are denied education and instead forced to carry bricks, suffer malnutrition, and endure physical punishment.

 

Our Response: From Slavery to Freedom

New Morning With God Ministries, believe every person deserves to live with dignity, freedom, and hope. Through our "Slavery to Freedom" project, we are:

Freeing Families from Bonded Labor

We pay off their debts legally and ethically, securing the freedom of entire families from the brick kiln system. Each family is given a documented release and protection from being enslaved again.

 

Providing a Fresh Start

Once freed, we relocate families to safe areas and offer:

• Basic housing

• Food and essentials

• Spiritual support and counseling

• Access to education for children
   

Empowering Through Small Business Support

To ensure families never fall back into debt, we help them build sustainable livelihoods, such as:

• Grocery shops

• Poultry/chicken farms

• Rickshaw transportation services

• Tailoring or sewing businesses
   

We provide the necessary training, tools, and initial inventory or equipment to launch these ventures. Families are mentored until they achieve financial independence and long-term stability.
 

Lasting Impact: Lives Transformed

Our mission is not just to free people from physical slavery but to:

• Restore their God-given identity

• Reunite and strengthen families

• Break generational cycles of poverty and oppression

• Introduce them to the transformative love of Jesus Christ
